Eating whatever we like without having to worry about gaining weight sounds terrific, doesn’t it?

Fantastic, huh? I wanted to adopt an extraordinary diet plan that will not make me give up my favorite foods and still stay fit. Then I bumped into easy diet plans, and I know I’ll never look back.

If you want something better for yourself, do not do it by deprivation means.

Just hold on to your objective, but take it nice and easy, and you’ll see real results before you know it.

These dieting plans are intended for those who are not willing to turn their backs on their favorite foods for a healthy meal on a regular basis. I honestly think following a strict diet plan is quite a torment which in the long run may result in more frustration than satisfaction.

In the end, we still crave for satisfaction and try to fill it.

Here’s what you do. Take it as a plus and minus method. You add more healthy stuff and reduce the harmful ones. Note that I say “reduce” instead of “eliminate” so you can still eat most of the foods you like since this is our objective, only, you balance it with healthy ones.

1. You add good sources of protein such as beef, chicken, turkey, egg whites, cottage cheese and cold water fish like mackerel, salmon, and sardines, for example.

2. Add good fats such as almond butter, coconut oil, flaxseed oil, olive oil, raw nuts, unsweetened and organic yogurt.

3. Cracker, cookie and other processed foods usually have trans fat or partially hydrogenated oil. Subtract them from your diet.

4. Subtract refined sugars or high glycemic foods. They increase glucose level and put on weight.

5. Subtract sweetened syrups, fruit juices and other beverages with artificial sweeteners.

Think about it, they are just a couple of foods you can easily get by without. You can still eat what you love as long as you understand this add and subtract approach.

Remember to take it easy with your diet and don’t push yourself too hard.
