Three Ways to Gain Career Change Confidence with Marina Spence
By DrProactive, Randy Gilbert, Producer of Inside Success Radio | August 28, 2008
“[Hating your job] is a giftbecause it’s a sign that something’s wrong,” says Marina Spence. She is the Author of “Career Change the Stress-Free Way”, Founder of “The Pink Edge”, Instructor of the telecourse: “Stress-Free Career Change”, and Mentor specializing in “Career Change and Enjoyment”.
The problem is that stress can be hard to combat if you don’t know how. Marina takes the mystery out of fighting off stress for good via meditation.
Here are the questions you need to ask yourself in order to discover if it’s time for you to make a change:
Does my current job provide fulfullment?
- Is it your current position or something else entirely? If you have to force yourself out of bed and into the office to get to work every morning, it may be time for a career change.
What’s stopping me?
- Why haven’t you taken the plunge into the rest of your life already? The reason could be a situation at home or at work, or the fear of starting all over again from scratch.
What do I need to do to change in a stress-free way?
- Changing careers doesn’t have to be a dramatic, scary process. It can be really easy.
Ask yourself these questions and you’ll be more able to discover whether a career change is right for you.
